• My Current employment is at Ideal Electrical Suppliers. I work as part of the Warehouse / Counter sales team but being the senior full time employee I also manage the majority of administration work as well. I manage our daily KPI’s, Bin locating, stock management (purchasing and crediting) banking including EFTPOS and cash, supplier invoicing, quoting and stock accuracy. My work also expects great customer service all round and I enjoy creating personal relationships with customers to better drive sales.

• In this role I have worked in separate teams in the Harvey Norman warehouse and on the sales floor. My responsibility’s included Customer pickups, Inwards goods accurate record keeping as well as ensuring only high-quality products were sold/received. Working in the warehouse gave me the opportunity to safely work around machinery and working at heights without incident. I was also able to provide my product knowledge on the sales floor, where I worked part time as required, filling in for salesmen in the computers and electrical departments which required knowledge of different products, warranties and processes.

• I was the manager for the seasonal café at Windermere Berry Farm, which unfortunately ended during the COVID lockdown. I was responsible for the weekly and monthly stocktakes, rostering, ordering, pricing, as well as training and health and safety policies. I worked closely with other departments on the farm to ensure efficiency and quality.

I started as a crew member for two years, working in the back area, cooking and making burgers. Worked as a Crew trainer for one year, working in both the front and back areas, where I was able to develop my skills with customers and accuracy, as well as train crew members in safety procedures.

Shift manager for one year, working in all areas of the restaurant, including cash, profitability, crew management, as well as overseeing safety at all times. During this time, I have received a WorkSafe First Aid Course certificate, attained a Food and Beverage Service certificate with a strand in Café Services Level 3, and a Food and Beverage certificate with a strand in Quick Service Restaurants Level 4.
