  • Followed detailed blueprints and plans to achieve proper design of installed flooring and walls
  • Took measurements and studied floor sketches to calculate area to be floored and amount of materials required
  • Maintained excellent communication, cleanliness, and safety standards on work sites and projects
  • Responsible for identifying complex issues relating to subfloor and foundations. This critical work takes a great deal of knowledge and experience before preparation work commences

  • Installed floor coverings and edgings, using thresholds and carpet bindings to complete finish work.
  • Removed existing flooring to prepare subfloor surfaces for new flooring
