  • Mentoring and Coaching: Effective to Advance Development, According to comparing and summarising the number of papers from various scholars and interviewing some teachers from Chinese secondary schools, this article mainly discussed different mentoring and coaching models, which can be regarded as two vital factors for teachers' improvement. The findings identified that mentoring and coaching are significant for educators and educational organisations as they can help achieve goals and advance development.   • What are the Possibilities of Flipped Classrooms in Underdeveloped Areas in China?, This dissertation has explored the possibilities of implementing the flipped classroom based on qualitative and quantitative methods and detailed data analysis. The findings acknowledge that there are still lots of challenges and difficulties.
