Matt Francke

Ashburton,CAN

Summary

I have recently relocated to Ashburton to support my wife's career. Previously I was employed as a Regional Parks Field Worker for the Christchurch City Council. In 2021, I completed my Bachelors in Sustainability and Outdoor Education. This has provided a solid foundation for a career in conservation, which has further developed my on-site problem solving and agricultural skills. I have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy hiking, sea kayaking, and mountain biking. My formal education and training in previous employment has given me a good mix of academic knowledge and practical skills that would lend to an outdoor focused role.
