#1 Pick in store project:
Requirement - To enable the picking at store for click & collect orders and refund the customer is the stock is not available.
Role:
· Whitcoulls pick in store – I have designed the specification document for Whitcoulls pick in store functionality
#2 Ecommerce product & promo file programs:
Requirement – Identity and bridge the gap between the existing product and promo file extract from SAP
Role:
I've been tasked with validating discrepancies among various ecommerce data files. I've meticulously documented scenarios ranging from straightforward to intricate ones and collaborated with the technical team to resolve the gaps.
#3 Return STO pricing in SAP:
Issue: MAP of an article drastically increased during return STO
Role: I have investigated the issue and found that when there is a return STO raised to return stock from store to DC. The standard SAP uses the MAP of the supplying site in the STO though it is a ‘Return item’ and stock is dispatched from store.
I have suggested to put an enhancement to the goods movement BADI so that the system considers the MAP of the receiving store for return STO condition.
I have also implemented some configurations to cater the BAU needs:

Project Scope:
#1 Currency Conversion:
Requirement to change the currency for a sales organization
Role :
• Worked in coordination with Finance Team in creating new company
code and sales organization with the new currency. Have setup new
site with the new company code
• Configured Sales & distribution, Master Data, Material Management
changes to support all business process transaction in new currency
• Was responsible in cut-over activity to extend all vendor, customer
& article master data to new company code, opening MM posting
period, inventory data extraction from existing company code
#2 Listing & Assortment:
Requirement was to replace the existing general assortment using layout
module with listings using assortment functions to reduce data integrity
challenges.
Role :
• Worked in designing, development and system testing this SAP
functionality to suite the requirement
• Have created new automation batch jobs in control-M to support the
listing in background
#3 MUWS Replacement:
Project evolved to replace the obsolete MUWS WMS technology with JDA
Dispatcher WMS for cross dock and NDC (National Distribution Centre) sites.
New DCs were setup in SAP and SPRO configuration changes were done to
enable cross docking solution through strategic DCs (act as both NDC and
RDC).
Role :
• Actively involved in the development and system testing phase of
implementing cross dock WMS functionality from SAP end
• Involved in setting up 2 cross docking DCs and have done SPRO
settings for Maintaining cross docking storage location, assigning
confirmation control key, etc to support cross docking
• Interface to SAP were integrated with PO adapter and SAP PO, had the
opportunity to work on PO adapter

back end in SAP UI5 platform

Project Scope:
SAP ECC – SAP EWM integration:
• New warehouse management system SAP EWM was rolled out to UK
planning market, I was involved in application support for SAP EWM –
SAP ECC integration from SAP ECC end
• Proactively involved in identifying root cause of issues and proposed
solution to enhance the system functionality and reduce manual work.
For instance, there was a design miss to re-trigger failed SPED output
type from delivery, I have identified and proposed to schedule a batch
job to re-trigger failed SPED idocs
• Have proposed value addition which has pare down the number of idoc
failure and hence reducing the incident count
