• Performing all hair services to industry standard - the role involves excellent time management, a high level of customer service, putting your clients needs first, thorough consultation, product knowledge, retail sales, attending regular training.
• Receptionist duties - Greeting and seeing out clients, customer queries, answering phone calls, client bookings, replying to emails, banking, balance petty cash, organizing reception area, printing stock take and keeping an up to date record of client notes and contact details.
