Tessa McKellar

I currently work at My Food Bag as a Customer Love Coordinator. The skills I have acquired in this position include excellent oral and written English skills, a high level of IT literacy and vast experience with various social media platforms. I pride myself in a high level of detail along with a strong sense of integrity, reliability, active listening and the ability to engage an audience. I have often been the departments top problem solver with a flexible and adaptable attitude, great organisational and time management skills and the ability to have difficult conversations yet always coming to a favourable solution. I am a very committed and driven person who excels working with people; I am ready for a new challenge to utilise the skills attained in my food science degree and am seeking a position in the food/marketing industry.

• Voluntary hours working at the Christchurch Marathon Organisation, taking part in the preparation of the event and assisting with registrations.
• Organising, constructing and leading Physical Education classes for Rowley Primary School students.
• Voluntary hours working at the Cancer Society for daffodil day.

My interests include both participating and watching sports, socialising, music, fitness and food. My family and friends are very important to me, and I value a balanced lifestyle between work, exercise, socialising, and time for my own health and well-being.
