I have recently completed studies at the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness (NZIHF) and am currently seeking employment. I am a Passionate Personal Fitness Trainer who is successful at making workouts fun and rewarding. Expertise in instructing clients on proper lifting techniques and educating clients on nutrition and hydration needs. Experience providing instruction for one-on-one sessions, buddy sessions, and group training classes. Confidently present myself to be motivated, work and passion-driven, positive, and energetic, and never fold under the pressure of new challenges. A people person who enjoys meeting new faces and finds myself to be someone who loves to interact with the community to build strong and healthy relationships to help better myself, the client, and the business. In doing so I always present a positive, approachable, and can-do attitude. As well am also willing to partake in the necessary training procedures required that will allow me to demonstrate a hard-working mentality and maturity.

Growing up I have always been passionate about sports, especially football and rugby. It was always a dream of mine to either play or work with this industry as it's always been a standout interest.
Being in a world where we technically live on social media it has always sparked an interest in me to start and maintain an online presence when it comes to fitness, these platforms are Instagram, TikTok. Facebook etc.
