My experience in Traffic Management and Traffic Training and Developed proves my extensive knowledge and skills to work with diverse groups of people coming from different backgrounds where humility and understanding leads the type of situational response to either training or enforcement while having the ability to listen attentively and without judgement make sound and careful decisions on developing and educating members of the public and officials. I have also gained valuable experience in middle and senior management to offer leadership and guidance to all junior staff and in the day to day roles relating to my line function. I have participated in various training spheres which have provided me with a holistic overview of the strategic objectives of a training environment where I was also able to utilise project management to effectively plan, analyse and co-ordinate training programmes. I also have experience in coordinating annual learning programmes and scheduling thereof. My strong point was the ability to initiate and provide leadership and guidance to my peers in taking forth any task and project driven initiatives in order to improve the high standard of service delivery to the public/clients. I was also responsible for the successful implementation of projects which encompasses the Western Cape’s game changers i.e. e-Learning and Video Conferencing. My individual strengths and attributes are; self motivation, excellent communication abilities,analytical application and thinking, ability to work under pressure, meet desired time frames, effective planning, organising and co-ordination.
