• Customer Service : Handled phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns or questions.

• Freight Management : Unloaded freight from trucks and containers using a forklift, maintaining an organized inventory and ensuring accuracy in product handling.

• Production : Safely operated forklifts to move plants, supplies, and materials throughout the production area, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.

• Rockwool : operated the block spacing machine to efficiently space and arrange plant blocks for production, ensuring proper alignment and organization for optimal plant growth and ease of handling.

• Plant Quality Control : Scanned and inspected plants before dispatch to ensure they met the company’s quality standards for size, health, and appearance.

• Shopkeeper and cashier duties
• Handlings in-store sales inquiries and maintaining good customer relationship
• Performing daily store opening & closing
• Handling store duties eg, receiving & processing new stock, replenishment, returns, handling damages & transfer, and supporting all stocks taking activities
• Basic store keeping and maintaining store tidiness

• Handling all kinds of editorial and supplement layout design.
• Generating concepts and ideas for editorial topics and special supplements.
• Creating designs for all editorial, web, and event materials such as Facebook boosts, posters, and web posters.
• Managing relationships with assigned supplement clients.
• Providing art direction for photography related to editorial topics and supplements.
