As a qualified and registered ECE teacher, I am committed to supporting children’s learning and growth through inclusive, play-based experiences. My practice combines professional knowledge, reflective thinking, and hands-on creativity to design learning that is meaningful and engaging. I work collaboratively with kaiako, whānau, and the wider community to promote each child’s unique development and ensure smooth transitions across their learning journey.
I value culturally responsive practice and integrate Te Reo Māori, tikanga, waiata, and pepeha to honour Te Tiriti partnership and create a mana-enhancing environment for all tamariki. Guided by respect for children’s and families’ aspirations, I strive to provide personalised support that aligns with centre priorities, resources, and the strengths of each learner.
