I am a highly motivated beginning teacher that is striving to learn and grow to be confident that I am being the best that I can be for the tamariki that I teach. I have always been passionate about early childhood education as it is an important time for a child's development. Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with whānau and tamariki is important to me and ensuring that children feel respected and valued. I enjoy talking to whānau and getting to know what their aspirations are for their tamariki and planing around this and their interests. I am an adaptable and patient person who genuinely loves working with tamariki and will continue to strive to grow as a kaiako along with ensuring tamariki are learning and growing.
