I am an extremely motivated individual who can adapt to a high-pressure work environment. Thus, I will thrive within a Contact Centre and am eager to join a team of equally trained professionals to help further my career. I also possess almost all the most relevant skills to properly market the product/services to the masses. These innate talents are then coupled with the static knowledge and theory earned through a Certificate in Contact Centre Operations. While I am a team player, I am also fiercely competitive, and I am hoping to find a company that will display my skills. I am more than happy to take on even the most challenging of tasks that are presented to me. Finally, my goal for the future is to work within an organization in the Finance sector.
