  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of a 26-week national programme for new Case Managers, managing learner enrolments, training logistics, resources, LMS and practice systems, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate face-to-face learning using discussion, practical activities, scenarios and role play. Connect policy and systems to real client situations, encourage critical thinking and adapt delivery while maintaining the national framework.
  • Coach learners in their home sites, sit in on appointments and provide guidance without taking over. Use mistakes as learning opportunities, recognise progress and build confidence. Assess new Case Manager development weekly against capability milestones using learner and manager feedback.
  • Assess learner work against required standards for accuracy and compliance. Provide evidence-based feedback, identify recurring errors and use results to inform corrective action and development needs.
  • Analyse regional quality results to identify learning gaps and work with the Capability team to deliver targeted training across 9 Christchurch sites. Review subsequent results to measure impact and inform future learning.
