Eliane Machado

I'm Eliane, I'm from Brazil and lived in Auckland for four years with my family; we moved to Napier last November because we had a job transfer. Since 2020 I have been working as a Caregiver in the Ryman firm, and now I want to take my career to another level. I want to change my career, as I am looking for a better state of mental health and quality of well-being. Currently, as a Special Care worker, there is a massive toll on me and it has been difficult to take care of my family and me.
I believe I'm the best fit for the position because I'm a hard-working, reliable, punctual individual, and eager to learn new skills as I step into this field. Nowadays, I'm a resident Visa Holder and I'm able to start when required. On that note, as an immigrant, I am still improving my English skills and am currently taking English classes to support my journey too.
