I am an experienced administrator with 13 years in real estate and medical administration roles, looking to return to work after focusing on motherhood for the past 5 years. Becoming a mum of two and maintaining a smooth running household has further improved my skills in time management, organisation, problem-solving, and communication and I am excited to re-enter the workforce and apply my abilities in a professional environment.
When first employed at Barfoot & Thompson South Auckland Commercial I was the sole administrator, and later as the office expanded I worked alongside a second administrator, supporting 15 agents and the Sales Manager as well as managing general office administration.
Responsibilities
I was employed at Bayleys St Heliers as sole administrator for a team of 22 staff, personally supporting 12 agents and the Sales Manager, as well as managing general office administration.
I started at Lodge Real Estate as a support administrator and was promoted to head administrator. My role was to provide support to 17 sales staff, directors, marketing and accounts team. While working at Lodge Real Estate I gained experience Residential, Commercial and Rural offices.
