Joining an ongoing long term project focussed on developing a software system (ERP) in partnership with an external provider to manage core Regulatory, Finance + Customer Service Request processes.

• Developing process maps to identify workflow within ERP system
• Mapping system instructions, workflow processes and stationary output items (notifications) to fully understand the end user journey
• Working with Test Analysts on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and approach to ensure alignment with training style
• Designing and developing fit for purpose user guides for both workshops and ‘on the go’ learning

Joined a current project team working on a technical competency framework, as it moved into the next phase of planning, designing and implementation of learning and assessment solutions.
