• Daily review of the local family violence reports.
• Chairs and facilitates the daily multi-agency table meeting.
• Use of Police systems such as ISR (Integrated Safety Response) to assign tasks to table members and update case plans accordingly.

• Working as a contractor, completing assessments and treatment services for WellStop from Dec 2022 to May 2023.
• Registered under ISSC to deliver both social work and counseling services under sensitive claims.
• Providing therapeutic services to ACC, Oranga Tamariki, the Family Court, and private clients.
• Providing progress reports for ACC, family court, and Oranga Tamariki.

Same duties as below, with the inclusion of the following.

• Managing and completing triage of client referrals through all child and youth contracts.
• Management of the Manuka contract, which included preparing numbers for audit purposes and attending multidisciplinary meetings to triage cases suitable for the service.
• Training and clinical supervision of staff within the child/youth space.
• Acting regional manager, covering the Palmerston North, Horowhenua, Tararua, Napier, and Gisborne regions.
• Attendance at senior leadership hui to report back on trends within the region, challenges, and deliver professional development seminars to staff every quarter.

• Completing assessments and written reports under the AIM Framework for children and youth within the area of sexual violence.
• Working alongside clients and their whānau to create safety plans and address barriers relating to the same.
• Utilising various therapeutic approaches in treatment with children/youth.
• Working collaboratively with external agencies such as schools, police, and Oranga Tamariki.
• Completing short-term therapeutic engagements with children/youth in care through Manuka Family/Whānau contract.
• Community education developed and presented around the region.

• Assisting patients in their safe discharge planning.
• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Working with computer programs such as WebPas, Clinical Portal, Momentum, and various Microsoft programs.
• Coordinating whānau hui's.
• Responding appropriately to patient and whānau distress and de-escalation, as appropriate.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation regarding the patient's hospital stay and follow-up as required.
• Liaison with external stakeholders, such as Support Agencies, Mana Whaikaha, ACC, NASC, and community agencies.

• Preparing kai for young people and their whānau.
• Working with young children through each stage of the nine-week program.
• Working with the facilitator to plan group structure and safety.
• Identify and work with different group dynamics, ensuring each task is completed.
• Work with young children to express their feelings and support them in what they have to say.
• Meeting and organising the parent's group with the facilitator.
• Completing case notes after each session.

• Contacting clients following referrals from various sources.
• Supporting clients through evidential interviews (EVI) and other external agency appointments at their request e.g Work and Income and MidCentral DHB.
• Supporting clients in identifying goals and empowering them in their work towards them.
• Supporting clients one-on-one for weekly or fortnightly sessions.
• Completing administration tasks and keeping clients' case files up to date.
