  • Beach Babylon is a busy beach side cafe with covers going to 300 plus during weekends. Have managed a large team and done all areas of operations during busy periods- including Barista during weekends making 200 coffee's plus a day.
  • Managed 10 Front of House staff scheduling for optimal coverage, ensuring efficient operations during peak hours.
  • Trained the new employees in essential job functions.
  • Worked all areas as needed by the team- Barista during busy weekends, as Maitre d', on the bar, at the till and handling customer complaints and issues.
