Additional Information

In 2007 I have obtained a certificate in cultural training as a mediator. I have completed 250 hours of training as a secretary in the Department of Immigration and Police department of Mantua City.

This training gave me the opportunity to closely watch and understand the procedures utilised by the Department to manage the Risk of Misleading information and fraudulent documents.
